Founded by Cairns local Matthew Russo, FNQYSS is committed to making a difference, using evidence-based, client centered care and approach. Matthew has a Diploma in Child, Youth and Family Intervention and is currently studying a Diploma in Counselling. He has a certification in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and certificate of attainment for Hope and Healing, which is the Queensland framework for working with children and young people living in residential care. These are supported by all other necessary certifications, as outlined below.

FNQYSS

Support coordinators and mentors at FNQYSS have extensive experience in the NDIS space, all staff hold relevant qualifications and have experience in the positions they are in. In these positions we aim to trailer supports and work with families to reach our clients NDIS goals. We have a vision for unity in diversity and want to see our clients flourish and live their best life.
