Far North Queensland Youth and Support Services are here to raise the voices and spirits of those in the community. We are here to provide a pathway of progression and empowerment, supporting people to live their best lives.

We are a NDIS provider who provide disability support services and support coordination in the Far North region. Our core purpose is working with people who have complex disabilities, and we also have a heart to service clients who wish to transition to an educational or employment pathway. We have a client centered approach and assist people of all ages from five to sixty-five.

Our vision is Unity in Diversity, we aim to enrich the lives of our clients, supporting them to reach their full potential with personal engagement and support, provided with a caring and supportive approach. We ensure we find the right match for our clients with a mentor or support coordinator.

The founder of Far North Queensland Youth and Support Services (FNQYSS) Matthew Russo is driven to make a difference for individuals, in the community. Having worked with a range of clients through the community services industry, Matthew is passionate about providing personal and professional support to those in need and of all ages. All FNQYSS services are delivered with a compassionate and caring approach. We have the intention of empowering clients to lead their best lives. Connecting with peers, education, training, employment opportunities, experiencing positive relationships and building self-esteem. FNQYSS works with people of all ages from five to sixty-five living across Far North Queensland.
